Delivery time and shipping charges

If we receive your order till 12:30 pm and all items are in stock, we ship it the same day. If an item should be out of stock we will inform you by eMail or phone to arrange a part delivery, if you agree.

To calculate the arrival time of your order, please add the delivery days shown below to the current date (starting from the next business day).

Partial Shipments

We will inform you by eMail about the approximate delivery date if an item is out of stock at the moment. As your per instruction we will split your order and ship the available items immediately or we wait and ship the complete order as soon as everything is in stock. For partial shipments we charge shipping costs only once if applicable.

Track your order online

After shipping the order you will receive an Shipping confirmation per email with the Shipping number and a link to the website of the carrier, where you can track the parcel.
