The most important amino acid for athletes
Scientists have been researching the multifold effects of L-Glutamine since the 1930's. Only recently has L-Glutamine been determined to be the critical nutrient it is.
It is actually our body's most prevalent amino acid; it accounts for more than 60% of all free-form amino acids present in our muscles. Muscles contain twice as much L-Glutamine, for examples, than L-Leucine, an amino acid from the BCAA group that is equally known for its muscle-building effects.

A new study shows spectacular results
