Usage

Take 2 times daily 2 capsules for or between meals.

Note: Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women, children and adolescents under 18 years. Persons with health problems should consult the doctor before taking the product. Don’t consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Don’t take this product on an empty stomach. Not recommended if other products containing green tea are consumed.
